In 1998, Kevin partnered with Jon Doscher to create That’s Life! Entertainment Magazine - it was soon after the success of the magazine that Kevin and Jon ambitiously formed Starline Films and began to break new grounds in the motion picture industry.

Today Kevin is vital in presenting the public image of Starline Films. He develops and maintains financial relationships with investors as well as creative ones with filmmakers seeking Starline’s assistance in developing their films and bringing them to life. Kevin also heads up the marketing and development of Starline’s projects that are slated to go into production in the coming years. His strong creative sensibility is complimented by his administrative discipline.
